By creating an account, accessing, or using Speak Flow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About Speak Flow

Speak Flow is an English learning app that provides guided lessons, speaking practice, pronunciation exercises, and AI-powered learning features. The service is intended to support learning and is not a substitute for professional language instruction, certification, or academic assessment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Speak Flow, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or use the app in a way that could damage the service or other users.

5. AI-Powered Features

Speak Flow may use AI systems to generate responses, translations, feedback, and learning support. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, so you should use your own judgment when relying on them.

Certain AI features may require consent for processing relevant learning data or voice data, as described in the Privacy Policy and in-app consent flow.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the text, recordings, and other content you submit to the app. You grant Speak Flow the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and use that content to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

7. Intellectual Property

Speak Flow, including its branding, software, design, text, graphics, and lesson materials, is owned by Speak Flow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its materials to you.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Speak Flow may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock additional speaking lessons, AI conversations, pronunciation feedback, or other advanced learning features. The subscription title, plan duration, price, billing unit, and key benefits will be shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

For iOS transactions, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. For Android transactions, payment is processed by Google through Google Play. Speak Flow does not directly store your payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing period unless you cancel before renewal under App Store or Google Play rules. You can manage, change, or cancel a subscription in the relevant Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Refunds, cancellations, free trials if offered, price changes, and payment disputes are handled according to the policies of the app store where you purchased the subscription. If subscription prices or benefits change, updated information will be shown in the app or in the app store checkout flow before the change applies as required by applicable rules.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features, content, or integrations. We aim to keep Speak Flow reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used Speak Flow unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion where available.

11. Disclaimers

Speak Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every learning goal.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Speak Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the updated date on this page will change. Continued use of Speak Flow after an update means the revised terms apply.
