Request Account and Data Deletion

Online form and policy for requesting account and associated data deletion for Speak Flow users.Last updated: September 3, 2026

Important Notice: What data will be deleted?

When you request account deletion, all of the following data will be permanently wiped from our servers:

  • Personal Profile: Full name, email address, profile photo, and login credentials.
  • Learning Progress: Completed lessons, practice streaks, pronunciation scores, and exercise logs.
  • Voice & AI Conversations: Recorded voice clips, pronunciation audio, and chat transcripts with the AI tutor.
Financial transaction receipts (if subscriptions were made via App Store or Google Play) are kept only as required by tax and accounting legislation, without personal identifiers.

Account Deletion Request Form

1. App and Developer Information

This policy and deletion request form apply to the Speak Flow mobile application, developed and managed by Speak Flow Team.

2. Methods to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Immediate)

1. Open the Speak Flow app on your device.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm the prompt to immediately and permanently delete your account and data.

Method 2: Submit the Online Form Above or Email Support

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you may submit the online form above or send an email directly to: [email protected].

3. Types of Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon deletion, the following data categories will be permanently purged:

• Profile & Identity: Email address, name, avatar, account credentials, and user IDs.
• Learning History: Lesson progress, daily streaks, quiz scores, and saved vocabulary.
• Voice Recordings & AI Transcripts: All recorded audio clips from speaking practice and conversational history with the AI tutor.

4. Legally Retained Data (If Applicable)

Financial purchase transaction receipts (processed via Google Play or Apple App Store) may be retained strictly as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, in an anonymized format disassociated from your profile.

5. Processing Timeframe (Retention Period)

• In-App Deletion: Takes effect immediately.
• Web Form / Email Request: Verified and completed within 30 days of submission.
